The detection of ozone is very important and at low doses. Ozone a secondary pollutant (primary pollutants are NOx, which with heat generate ozone) that can seriously damage the ENT sphere in humans. Brief exposure to cause eye, nasal throat irritation, coughing, headaches. Exposure high concentration decreased lung function. strongly linked asthma make symptoms worse. In France, information threshold around 90 ppb alert 180 ppb. US it's even lower (75 150 ppb). order integrate new sensitive materials for detection, In2S3 films were prepared via facile pyrolysis spray method. Physical properties obtained samples investigated by GIXD, AFM, SEM, EDS, XPS, PL UV–visible spectroscopy techniques. sensor shows sensitivity limit as 40 optimal working temperature found be 160 °C mechanism based on dissociative chemisorption. addition, gas exhibits acceptable rapidity good selectivity °C. This study demonstrates possibility producing inexpensive sensors sprayed films.
